Under the Innosup-02 call of the European Horizon 2020 programme, aimed at overcoming the obstacles that prevent EU SMEs from hiring highly qualified personnel, InterOnline, MyTherapyTools and Aratech, have incorporated young European researchers, specialists in strategic areas of knowledge for these companies with the aim of promoting innovative projects.

Lack of access to skills, the most advanced knowledge and the ability to effectively manage innovation processes have been identified as major obstacles to innovation in EU SMEs.  These companies are at a disadvantage when it comes to recruiting qualified specialists (Doctors or equivalent), since they do not usually have an international dissemination network and do not have the visibility of large companies.

The Associated Innovation Experts hired by the 90 companies selected under this call throughout Europe, develop for one year (extendable) innovation projects in the beneficiary SMEs, thus turning business ideas into innovation. In addition will benefit from training sessions on industrial innovation and business management organized by the EC, which will be complemented by the Program of Construction and Professional Management of European R&D Projects taught by RTDI Innovation School.

The great reception that the program has had during the months of recruitment has been transformed into numerous expressions of interest in the job offer.
