RTDI’s participation in a workshop of the ERA-NET CHIST-ERA Project

On January 27 we participated in a workshop of the ERA-NET CHIST-ERA Project, aiming to support the definition of the topics of this year’s call for projects, together with the coordinators of PREFET, the project we lead in the detection of major technological trends. And on the other hand, we were entrusted with the mission of selecting and implementing activities aimed at exploiting the results of the projects that CHIST-ERA finances.

CHIST-ERA is a European research programme on long-term information and communication technologies (ICTs) and scientific challenges based on them. It activates and coordinates the cooperation of national and regional research funding organisations, mainly in Europe, and is supported by the Horizon 2020 Future and Emerging Technologies (FET) Programme of the European Union through the ERA-NET Cofund funding scheme.

The aim of this programme is to strengthen international collaboration between states participating in challenging multidisciplinary research in ICT-based areas, wanting to lead to significant advances.
