Master in Transfer of coconut and R&D&I management
Organizations require qualified professionals with technical knowledge specific to their field of expertise, who are able to plan, design, manage, coordinate, execute and evaluate projects effectively.
RTDI form project managers R&D&I“, collecting the practical knowledge of professionals dedicated to the development of new technologies and their financing, with the aim of transmitting their experience.
With more than 2000 participants in our training sessions or modules, RTDI launches in collaboration with the University of Salamanca, the first Master in knowledge transfer and R&D&I management.

What competences will the students of the Master develop?
Our students develop transversal competences related to R+D+i. The contents, dynamics, experiences and practices of all our modules have been designed to develop certain fundamental competences (such as problem solving, informed creativity, analytical skills, strategic thinking and communication) related to crucial activities throughout the R&D&I process (such as the definition of integral ideas, competitive differentiation, and the definition of market start-up strategies). With the simile of the iceberg, students develop technical and transversal skills simultaneously.
Value offered by the “Master in knowledge transfer and management of R + D + i” compared to other equivalent training that exists in the market
Our differential value lies in the teaching methodology used in the teaching of the 4 modules that consist of the Master:
Work-based learning from experts.
Our modules involve practicing and discovering doing work on real projects, hand in hand with practitioners (active professionals with more than 6 years of experience in the area in question). These are very dynamic sessions in which participants are always active, and focused on the development of experience around the contents treated, so that it goes beyond training, towards training. Additionally, the Master includes internships in companies to put into practice the knowledge acquired during the modules, as well as obtain the first work experience as project managers of R + D + i.
Experiential learning through gamification.
Our modules try to activate group dynamics to enhance learning. In addition, these usually include a high component of gamification (through the use of metaphors around the concepts to be treated, and through work on films and video games of their own, work with theater actors …). All our modules are prepared both for their teaching in face-to-face mode and for their organization 100% online, without loss of content or decrease of our values.
Use of own tools as a result of more than 10 years of accumulation of deep knowhow.
These tools have been compiled on the ONLINE platform INNOWIZARD which includes standard tools (e.g. the project Gantt), along with proprietary tools registered with a notary (e.g. what we call the “Idea Canvas”, the “quantified value proposition”, or the “revenue model definition panel”). Innowizard has been validated with more than 150 clients and more than 300 projects and we have recently opened it on the Internet for free use by the international community around R + D + i, especially that focused on Emerging and Future Technologies since it has become part of our activities in the PREFET project, financed by the EC.
Who is the Master’s Degree for?
Our advanced training program is aimed at Graduates and Doctors in Science and Engineering, research staff, staff of Opis and OTRIS of universities and research centers of Spanish public and private entities, technological entrepreneurs, and managers of R&D&I in companies, as well as any professional with scientific-technical training who wants to expand their professional horizons.
At the end of the Master’s Degree in Knowledge Transfer and Management of R&D&I at the University of Salamanca, the student will be able to continue expanding the methodological and professional competences that will allow them to apply and evaluate the techniques of planning and project management, become familiar and know how to make use of the multiple national and European funding channels, as well as the different programs and modalities of technological projects focused on R + D + i.
